This brings you successfully completed studies with focus on marketing, personnel, business management or comparable training Relevant professional experience in recruiting marketing or performance marketing Expertise in paid media campaigns, e-recruiting platforms and digital HR tools Technical understanding of digital platforms, APIs and data integration Safe handling of analysis and reporting tools Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Analytical thinking, communication strength, self-responsibility and innovation joy with digital mindset JOBV1_EN
