With the sealing, we provide a new application that reduces the operating costs of the savings banks. By means of a user-friendly, professionally oriented design, Sparkassenmitarbeitde can standardize specialist applications as well as manage non-sealed parameters with increased operating comfort centrally in one place. Product Responsibility for the New Built-in Application OSPlus Sealing over the entire product lifecycle and the entire product portfolio Recording, analysis and prioritization of comprehensive requirements of savings banks as well as other internal/external stakeholders and transfer to a comprehensive product concept within the framework of the OSPlus architecture Proactive development and maintenance of the Product Roadmap in intensive cooperation with the savings banks and associations as well as active participation in the establishment of the solution as a market standard Close cooperation with developers, architects, customer experience designers and other internal stakeholders as part of project and maintenance projects Special responsibility for releases, acceptance processes and quality assurance Control of the board process including pre- and post-processing of meetings and committee communication Accompanying events with our customers and representation at workshops and other internal/external events, e.g. specialist events, fairs etc.

Completed business studies or a comparable training with a central bank At least six years of professional experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer or in a similar role deep understanding of banking processes, ideally in the context of the S financial group paired with a high IT affinity; Experience in administration and implementation of regulatory requirements in the banking environment desirable Ability to identify complex technical requirements in a structured manner and to transport their relevance and priority according to target groups Designed analytical skills, decision-making and enforcement skills and a structured, independent and at the same time team-oriented approach High competence in stakeholder management as well as very good communication skills Creativity, learning and training, as well as occasional willingness to travel between our locations and our customers
