Werksadministration - Werk Kamenz (m/w/d) in parttime (20 hours/week)

Support for the general administrative tasks of the work Supports organisational and administrative tasks Leading correspondence and processing of enquiries/devices Creating documents, presentations, protocols according to specifications Planning, preparation and coordination of meetings, events & workshops Travel organization and preparation of service travel including travel expenses Accounting

Completed commercial training in the field of office management, industrial merchants or similar Ideally first professional experience in assistance Affinity for the technical application of necessary IT systems Flowing German knowledge, English is advantageous Safe in handling the current MS Office software, SAP knowledge is advantageous Integrity & loyalty & confidentiality Sovereignty & Liability Collaborability and Communication Strength
