Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

After a period of incorporation, you are a contact person for a defined group of employees in all wage tax, social insurance and collective bargaining and labour law issues. You are responsible for the independent processing of payroll accounting, time management and reporting and certification with SAP ERP HCM. You take over the collection, testing and maintenance of personal master data and movement data. The creation of certificates as well as the handling of general correspondence on the employment relationship of employees: within them are also your tasks. In addition, you take special personal business tasks and actively participate in HR projects.

Professional experience in personnel management, as far as possible in payroll accounting, is part of your profile. You have successfully completed a commercial training and ideally bring a training to the payroll holder. Digital affinity for new media and systems, interest in technical developments and willingness to use are the key to you. You provide specialist knowledge in wage and salary accounting as well as in wage tax, social security and labour law. Ideally, you have knowledge of the handling of personal accounting systems and work independently and carefully. Embossed customer and service orientation also belong to your strengths.
