Product Architect (m/w/d) - Combat System Design & Simulation

Product Architect (m/w/d) - Combat System Design & Simulation Professional leadership of engineering teams over the entire product lifecycle of the respective base products to ensure the performance and viability of market-oriented base products. Analysis of customer and stakeholder requirements as well as customer missions to derive both deployment concepts (ConOps) and all requirements of internal and external stakeholders to the system. Creation of specifications and technical concepts, in particular also using constructive simulation to evaluate the operational effectiveness and fulfilment of customer performance requirements. Acquisition of architectural responsibility and maintenance of the technical roadmap for the simulation framework ATLAS Constructive Simulation. Ensuring the technical usability of the structural simulation in customer projects, as part of research projects and in internal application in the supply and engineering and testing and acceptance process. Planning, creation and adaptation of the simulation Sw elements according to the product management process. Consultation, training and training of internal staff with regard to Combat System Design with a focus on weapons function chains and effectiveness analysis.

You can demonstrate a successful degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science or information technology. They have several years of professional experience as a system designer and solution architect in the context of simulation with a focus on constructive simulation, especially for effectiveness analysis. Experiences in Requirements Engineering and DOORS in the field of Model Based Systems Engineering (Magic Draw) draw SIe.

In addition, you have already gained experience in leading teams. Furthermore, you bring comprehensive product or System knowledge, ideally knowledge of the operational use of the systems of a weapon control system from the sensor to the shooter. A strong customer and service orientation and a high level of team, communication and conflict resolution capability are yours. Self-employment and self-initiative are of course for you. They bring good knowledge of German and English as well as international and intercultural experiences. The readiness for occasional national and international missions completes your profile.
