For our market in Rendsburg, we are looking for a dedicated department management (m/w/d) that loves food and have fun working with fresh products to present and sell them. Responsibility You conduct the department on your own and organize the processes for dairy products. Leading role: You motivate and guide your team and are responsible for personnel planning. Trade presentation: The presentation of an attractive range of goods as well as the placement of special structures and promotional goods are also your responsibility. Kund:internal orientation: You enthuse our customers: with your friendly appearance and accommodating service. Cleanliness & order: With the eye for the detail, you pay attention to the quality of our products and make sure that all hygiene measures are complied with.

Education: You have completed training in trade or have already gained professional experience in this field. Goods: You ideally have knowledge of food. Service orientation: You want to inspire our customers and enjoy working in direct contact with customers. Organizational talent: You act responsibly and independently and possess team spirit. Enthusiasm: You have a great enthusiasm for food trade.
