You deal with a wide range of topics relating to origin of goods, customs freedom and reduction as well as tariffs, advise professionals and managers and are the interface to customs and chambers of commerce. You will examine existing individual and long-term supplier declarations as well as proof of origin for heart and kidneys – and if there is a lack of explanation, you will request them. Thanks to you, all customs-relevant master data in the ERP system are always up to date and form a reliable basis for all subsequent processes. On the basis of the Customs Tariff for Imports and Exports, you can determine the applicable tariff numbers for our products and assign them accordingly. Based on the legal requirements, you conduct commodity origin determinations and preferential calculations and actively accompany legal changes.

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. to the merchant for forwarding and logistics services, industrial businessman, or several years of practical experience in this field Wide-ranging expertise in goods origin and preferences and practical experience in customs Design and user knowledge in the field of tariffs for export and import Secure handling of SAP, ERP experiences in handling SAP GTS system would be great – but are not a must Very good user knowledge of the MS Office package German and English skills High accuracy and detail orientation Apply via the “Apply Now” button.
