Your tasks:

• They advise and support independent executives for all personal and labour law Questions and their guide role
• They support the implementation of HR strategies and Processes in training
• they provide compliance with national labour law and internal guidelines and ethics & compliance standards safe
• You support trainees/ dual students of different types Training and courses from start-up to transition in the department
• They coordinate and accompany the acquisition processes of Dual Students/ trainees
• They work in personnel and care talks and the Implementation of individual labour law measures
• they perform administrative activities (e.g. entrances and exits, Certificates, documentation) by
• You optimize and design process processes

Your profile:

• You have completed your studies in the Departments of Psychology, Social Sciences and Economics
• You will preferably have professional experience in HR Business Partners and Human Resources Personnel development and remuneration)
• Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP
• German and English skills
