Technical Project Management Officer (m/f/d)

Perception of all relevant management and management functions associated with the responsibility and management of the projects in the regional area and support of local construction management Control, management and coordination of all internal and external project participants Perception of the building function and control of the planning and implementation of construction measures of BImA Initiation and support of quarterly concepts according to relevant housing topics (e.g. demography, climate protection, sustainability, digitization, mobility and energy) Preparation of the technical demand planning and monitoring of the implementation of the investment projects with the involvement of external project managers/inside, architects, expert planners and experts Implementation of regular time, quality and cost controls (construction controlling) Construction of a technical reporting system for construction measures Development of annual and medium-term construction and investment programmes Building a warranty management for construction measures Continuous testing of possibilities of time and cost reduction – deriving appropriate measures and their monitoring of success and costs

Qualification: Complete university studies (Diplom [FH] /Bachelor) in the field of construction (e.g. civil engineering, architecture, urban planning or spatial planning) or comparable qualification in the technical field with technical knowledge and experience Competences: Knowledge in the field of project management/project management of new and modernization projects Knowledge of planning and construction law, including relevant legislation (especially AHO, HOAI, BauGB, LBauO and VOB) Real estate and housing industry knowledge and experiences Good knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) as well as SAP knowledge or the willingness to acquire them in the short term Specialized knowledge of the planning and implementation of large construction measures Willingness to take over personal responsibility Other: Green and careful operation with high reliability Very good organisational skills, capacity for economic thinking and action Ability to work quickly into changing tasks Good and rapid understanding High self-initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Very good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer- / Address-oriented behaviour, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and strong social competence Good judgment, combined with the ability to make (difficult) decisions and take responsibility driving licence class B and the willingness to operate motor vehicles Willingness to carry out frequent missions and to participate in one-day and multi-day training events throughout the federal territory
