Your duties Responsibility for Budget & Forecast Creation, consolidation and control of budget, forecast and medium-term planning. Performance analyses & Business insights Implementation of sound deviation analyses and derivation of management measures. Sparring partner for business Close cooperation with BU management, operations and product management in financial and strategic issues. Reporting & KPI control Expansion of a transparent management report including KPIs. Profitability & Cost Analysis Analysis of products, customers and projects to optimize margins and structures. Process and tool optimization Participation in the further development of digital controlling processes, BI tools and standards. Your profile Technical basis Studies in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or Comparative Qualification. Professional experience in the industrial environment Multiannual experience in controlling an international, technology-oriented company. Strong analytical skills High numerical affinity, structured working and joy in data-driven decisions. IT-Affinity Very good Excel and SAP knowledge; BI tool experience (e.g. Power BI) of advantage. Communication strength Sovereign exchange with different stakeholders - clear, precise, convincing. Language competence Very good German and English skills.
