For the “Short Range Air Defence Radars” section, we are looking for a Project Manager Short Range Air Defence Radars (w/m/d) The “Short Range Air Defence Radars” program is responsible for the project execution of country-based projects of the SPEXER-2000 product family with the fields of product management, supply and industrialization. The area works closely with the area X-Band Radar Products, which is responsible for product management, bid management and industrialization for the Spexer 2000 radar family. We are looking for reinforcement in the field as project manager for customer projects. The project manager is responsible for the processing of the delivery and integration of the products of Spexer-2000 radar missiles in quality, time and cost

Full Economic Responsibility (PL Responsibility) for the successful execution of customer projects (Europe, Germany) in time Quality and Cost Conducting a systematic project planning and project tracking with the support of the Project Management Office (PMO) Responsible for Claim & Waiver, Risk and Opportunity Management (with PMO support) and close cooperation with purchasing in the assigned projects Leadership of project teams and management of subcontractors Cooperation with internal and external partners and customers Maintaining a transparent exchange with relevant internal stakeholders, in particular in the areas of customer support and product management. Performance of presentations within the Hensoldt and externally to customers and suppliers as well as compiling corresponding reports

Completed studies preferably in project management, engineering, economic engineering, economy or comparable Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Qualification Project Management (e.g. internal or comparable to PMI/PMP) Experience and deepened understanding in conducting technical projects with several suppliers and UAN Safe handling of customers Clear and efficient representation, communication and persuasiveness Structured, targeted, analytical and flexible working methods Ability to team work Secure handling of MS Project / EPM MUST, SAP and Jira Ready to acquire new topics Travel readiness and intercultural competence Very good knowledge of German and English
