In your training you are in the middle of what is happening: You will get insights into the diverse tasks of office management – from personnel deployment planning, support for employees to participation in monthly and quarterly accounts. With every step, your understanding of our complex organization grows. You make sure processes run smoothly, learn how to organize business trips, check invoices and create balance sheets. You work with modern IT systems and develop a good sense of numbers, processes and communication.

Your training place is in the middle of HafenCity. There you will be part of a team of 1900 colleagues who will keep the Hamburg port running around the clock. Who you are You have a good MSA degree and show strong performances in German and mathematics. Numbers and IT (MS Office and SAP) are exactly your thing. You like to organize, think structured and keep track of complex tasks. Self-employment is your strength, and you like to take responsibility. Communication and teamwork are fun, and you are reliable, committed and careful.

Start on 16.08.2027 and training period of 3 years. Location: Strandkai 1, 20457 Hamburg. You will learn theory at the Professional School Harburg (BS18), Göhlbachtal 38, 21073 Hamburg. Remuneration according to TVAzubi-AVH with a training salary in the 1st year of training of about € 1,300 gross.
