Industrial Mechanic Assembly (m/f/d)

The industrial mechanic in the position as an employee assembly is responsible for the professional assembly and quality assurance of compressors, vacuum pumps and systems. This role ensures that the assembly processes are carried out efficiently, safely and qualitatively to meet the high standards of the company. Self-employed preparation of assembly Own-responsible implementation of pre- and final assembly according to the drawing Self-employed assembly of compressors, vacuum pumps and systems according to instructions and safety regulations Check work documents for completeness, if necessary report to supervisors If necessary, supervise and work on new staff (workplace patents) Contact for trainees and interns during the department run Implementation of quality assurance and documentation Re-work (returners from the test fields) Implementation of care, maintenance and cleaning work on the working materials Participation in the continuous improvement of production processes Testing the machines in the test field and creating the corresponding documentation Data acquisition and management under SAP and/or databases Wiring, electrical connections to products, product-specific electrical safety checks of persons instructed (indication of competent e-scientific authority) Find, document and manage service processes Repair of service parts Printing of tags and labels according to specifications Visual inspection of proper delivery of assembly products according to VA, Faufs, AP and drawings Application of various marking features. Final cleaning of the finished product Close various connection openings according to VA, Faufs, AP and drawings Reporting of completed operations Pick-up sets; loose parts instructions for use and documents according to VA, Faufs, AP and drawings,

Complete vocational training as an industrial mechanic or in a comparable technical profession Multiannual experience in the assembly of machinery and equipment, preferably in an industrial environment Good knowledge of reading and understanding of technical drawings and instructions Experience in quality assurance and documentation Understanding and compliance with safety regulations Independent and careful operation Teamability and Communication Strength Willingness to continue training and improve your own skills
