Projektmanager (m/d/w) Reference number: 388807 To complement our central startup team, we are looking for a project manager (m/d/w) start-up/ start-up management at the next time possible. The location can in principle be chosen nationwide, In this position you work in our newly established team and can actively shape the future of the area together with the Head of Startup. You are in close cooperation with our Germany-wide branches, the operational Units and our customers. Your challenge to us Construction and implementation of processes and guidelines for standardization and control of our start-up phases Collection of customer processes and creation of process descriptions and work instructions Working with OPEX projects to optimize processes using Lean, Six-Sigma and Kaizen methods organisation and management of regular online meetings with customers and Members Implementation of training and instructions Cooperation with our nationwide branches and function as a central contact person Regular support of startup projects on site our customers to support our branches

Completed economic or technical studies or comparable qualification Influential professional experience in project management – ideally in the Start-up phase of services or industrial environment projects Experience with Lean Methods Topics such as quality management, occupational safety, regulations and legal requirements are the basis of your action High motivation for incorporating into new technical and commercial Process Examination, communication talent and high Customer orientation “Hands-on” mentality Very good analytical and conceptual skills Passion for project management, independent working and Team skills readiness to travel and pleasure in regular journeys and In addition, the Commission's proposal for a Directive on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the approximation of the laws of the Member States Supporting our offices in startup projects Very good MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel
