This is how your work looks like a master (m/w/d):

• Contact for tenants and owners on site
• Monitoring the home order and ensuring safe and proper building operation
• Control and documentation of building condition
• Coordination of external service providers and suppliers
• Control of technical installations and repair and renovation work
• visual control of green spaces and playgrounds
• Cleaning of outdoor facilities

That's what you bring:

(m/w/d) or painter (m/w/d)

• multiannual experience in master care
• Car driver license absolutely necessary, trailer or truck driver license of advantage
• good knowledge of German in word and writing
• pleasure in dealing with owners, tenants and craftsmen
• craftsmanship and hand-on mentality
• Reliability, sense of responsibility and independence
