Doctor with psychiatric experience as team leader (m/f/d)

The district of Hameln-Pyrmont is looking for a doctor/ physician with experience in the field of psychiatry/psychotherapy to conduct the social psychiatry service with the option of shared guidance to intensify the social psychiatry service. Job placement is permanent and full-time, remunerated according to grade A14 NBesG/Entgeltgruppe 14 or 15 TVöD.

The main tasks ✓ Advice from people with mental illnesses and their environment ✓ Crisis Intervention ✓ Network work within the framework of the social psychiatry association ✓ Participation in the creation of the social psychiatric plan ✓ Creation of psychiatric opinions and opinions (e.g. for the accommodation of self- or foreign persons, for the care court, determination of the health suitability and service of officials)

Team management

In perspective, we want you to take over the management of the social psychiatric service. For this purpose, the county offers a management coaching as part of a one-year personnel development measure.

We offer flexibility in the design of the guide roller: This can be divided in the sense of a shared leadership or taken over by a person in full responsibility.

This gives you the opportunity to take over leadership responsibility and at the same time maintain a clear technical focus in medical activity. This leaves enough room for your expertise without overriding administrative tasks.

Your personal skills

We look forward to your application if you ✓ have a medical training for psychiatrics or are in this training; or ✓ have a qualification as a doctor (m/w/d) with at least two years of experience in the field of psychiatry/psychotherapy or with an additional medical training (e.g. for general medicine or for public health) with professional experience in the field of psychiatry.

For activities in the field of external services, the ownership of the licence of Class B is required. The willingness to provide the private vehicle for service purposes is expected. Existing costs shall be reimbursed within the framework of the travel cost law.
