Number: MER0003MDU Within the communication area of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, Team Market Management is responsible for the worldwide implementation of all communication events on product, future technology, business, brand and sustainability topics. We are the coordinators of international media events, central contact persons for international journalists and inform our colleagues abroad. From your first internship week, we will take you fully into our work. You also take your own projects. These are your primary tasks: Participation in Team Market Management in coordinating the international Mercedes-Benz Cars press activities in close cooperation with the PR colleagues worldwide Close cooperation with the event team, agencies/ external service providers in the organisation of international media events Participation in the implementation of concepts for product launches as part of international media events such as world premieres, press events and workshops Organisation and support in the planning and implementation of special programs for international professionals and media professionals, e.g. the creation of programs, research and coordination of activities such as factory tours, test car rides or museum visits Self-support and coordination of special tasks and individual projects

Course: Communication Science, Business Administration or a comparable course of study with a focus on event or foreign languages Language knowledge: Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other languages of advantage IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office applications Personal competencies: communication strength, pleasure in organizational and reliable work and a friendly appearance, intercultural competence Other: Interest in the automotive industry, first intercultural experience of advantage Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
