Service technician with CAD knowledge

Location: Grimma Type of employment: Full-time Working hours: 7 - 9 hours per day

Purpose and objective We are looking for specialists (m/w/d) in the field of mechatronics, electronics, industrial mechanics or comparable for the implementation of our service and technical support.

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Installation of new machines (electrical and mechanical commissioning)
• Maintenance (inspection, maintenance and repair, possibly improvement) of existing machinery:
• Repair/overhaul of machines at the company location/machine location
• inspection and maintenance
• Conducting function tests
• troubleshooting and diagnosis as well as troubleshooting
• Exchange of parts and modules
• Support in the field of service, e.g. telephone support and on-site customer
• Machine presentation before customers

Technical requirements

• completed vocational training as a mechatronic, electronics, industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable training desirable
• conscientious and independent operation
• Service orientation and good handling of customers
• ideally you already have first installation experiences
• readiness to travel
• open and motivated team player
• Ideal driving class B
