This is what awaits you Your tasks include the creation and continuous maintenance of job advertisements You are an internal and external contact person for all questions concerning application processes and job advertisements You are also responsible for the coordination of interviews and correspondence with subjects and applicants You participate in ongoing projects of recruiting and attend our interns & student community By introducing your ideas, you are constantly developing our internal processes and processes

You are studying in the field of business, humanities, social sciences or in a comparable course of study or have already completed your studies You are interested in Human Resources as well as ideally for process automation and artificial intelligence In addition, you have a high level of organizational skills and are extremely customer- and service-oriented Above-average reliability and discretion shape your character Very good German and good English skills and safe handling of MS-Office complete your qualification profile
