Control, organisation and continuous development of all quality-protection measures during installation On-site monitoring and monitoring of the installation work of all accelerator components from the perspective of quality assurance Takeover of the role “Installation Quality Control Lead” Definition and monitoring of the necessary qualifications of the test teams and training of relevant procedural instructions, templates and processes Examination of technical documents such as drawings, lists, quality plans and specifications within the framework of Design Reviews Planning, implementation and evaluation of acceptance tests including the establishment of suitable measurement and testing methods Tracing internal and external quality deviations as well as consulting the work package lines in dealing with non-conformities Support for legal and norm-compliant execution (e.g. CE conformity, machine directive, printing device directive, DGUV 202-002) Representation of quality assurance in planning rounds as well as close interface communication with site management, subproject lines and departments

Complete studies in engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Experiences in quality management and quality assurance methods (e.g. Audits, FMEA) as well as familiarity with relevant standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 9001, Machine Directive, Printing Equipment Directive, DGUV 202-002) – as an alternative based basic knowledge and the willingness to deepen these in a targeted manner Embossed technical understanding for complex uniques, system connections and technical interfaces Structured, analytical and solution-oriented mode of operation and sovereign appearance towards internal and external stakeholders Significant practical and construction site orientation with high presence in the installation of components Very good communication capability to convey quality-proof requirements clearly and convincingly Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High level of detail accuracy and pronounced methodological and social competence
