Coordination of employees and group participants Representation/support of employees in group service pause and holiday planning of the team Implementation of team meetings within the unit Initiation of participants in the Federal Voluntary Service and Voluntary Social Year Coordination and implementation of overriding services of the institution close cooperation with the management and implementation of decisions taken unit-based accounting Contact to relatives and living facilities Support in the planning and implementation of events Responsible handling of drug delivery Implementation of nursery work Participation in the implementation and further development of the QM system

a completed training as a cure nurse / educator / social worker / social pedagogue or comparable qualification (m/w/d) Experience in the care of people with disabilities a professional self-understanding which is oriented towards the participation and self-determination of adult people with mental and physical disabilities.
