System Operator Telecommunications in the Network Management Center (m/f/d)

From our modern network management center, you control and monitor our data and communication networks. In case of disturbances in the networks, you coordinate the troubleshooting and stand in exchange with colleagues in the area. If service level agreements (SLAs) are violated, you enter the corresponding escalation scenarios. Quality, service, performance management and support for network work are also included in your area of responsibility. The position also includes communication with customer and partner companies. You perform special tasks as part of operational requirements and work in shiftwork.

You bring the best conditions when you have a technical training or a technician/master degree with a focus on information or communication technology. You also have experiences on transmission techniques and transmission systems. In addition, you are experienced in dealing with PC standard applications as well as specialist IT systems and bring good English skills (in word and step). You have a class B license. Your area of responsibility extends over the security-relevant area, so an extended security check is required.
