Technical Account Manager – Residential (m/f/d)

Technical Responsibility: Own-responsibility of the technical condition of about 2,000 apartments Customer-oriented communication: customer-friendly communication and processing of technical rent accommodation Maintenance & control: Planning, control and control of empty housing renovations and maintenance measures incl. Service coordination Teamwork & Interface Coordination: Close cooperation with rental and commercial customer support to ensure smooth operations Costs & quality in focus: you plan budgets, control costs and ensure that all measures are implemented qualitatively high-quality, timely and economically

Qualification: You have completed a technical or craft training – ideally with technician/master degree – or a technical study Experience in housing: You bring multiannual professional experience in the industry or a comparable position with Customer & communication strength: You are service-oriented, communication-strong and have a secure sense of handling tenants and service providers Responsibility & organisational institution: You work independently, responsibly and have a structured way of working Digital competence: You can control MS Office safely, ideally complemented by SAP knowledge Mobility: You have a class B licence
