Supporter 1st and 2nd Level (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Technical support of users and system supervisors on server and client level
• Self-employed handling of tickets as part of first and second level support
• Implementation of training and instructions for users
• Designing and developing the knowledge database of the Helpdesk team
• Redirect unsolved requests to third level support

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete training as a specialist:in for system integration or comparable qualification
• Found experience in first and second level support and software and hardware support from users:inside
• Very good knowledge of the handling of ticket systems and the ITIL environment
• Flowing German knowledge in word and writing, as well as good English knowledge
