Your new job:

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) with practical instructions in our Senioren-Wohnpark "Am Groß Garten" in Dresden, which takes on the practical training of our employees with passion and responsibility.

What you expect from us:

• Commitment to a positive and family atmosphere, in which our residents feel comfortable and secure
• 50% exemption for practical instructions
• Responsibility for all practical care training in our institution
• Design of the training plan
• Contact partner for our trainees, interns and the Pflegschule
• Pflege and care of our residents according to individual care plans and latest nursing standards
• Coordination of care processes and close cooperation with doctors, therapists and the entire team
• Regular exchange with relatives to ensure holistic care
• Observation and documentation of the state of health of residents and active communication of changes in the course of care

What you bring:

• Empathy and cordiality in dealing with our older and needy residents
• Completed Education for nursing staff (age care, health care or similar)
• Occupational experience in care and practical instructions is advantageous
• readiness to work in the 2 layer model
