As a consultant for data protection (m/w/d) of the Federal Office of the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. (JUH) you take over the following tasks:

You advise our departments in all data protection issues, taking into account the applicable data protection laws and internal data protection regulations. You analyze data protection issues, develop practical solutions and accompany their implementation. You create, update and maintain privacy policies as well as other documents in the data protection management system (DSMS). You check and create data protection contract documents, in particular contract processing contracts (AVV), data protection clauses and agreements on joint responsibility. You process data requests and conduct the associated internal and external correspondence. You accompany software introductions and digitalization projects in the field of data protection law and work closely with the fields of IT and other areas of expertise. You support the operational data protection officer(s) in performing their or their tasks. You plan, accompany and document data protection audits. You create information and training documents and carry out training on data protection issues. You promote cross-border exchange and contribute to the continuous development of data protection management.

You have a degree in law with a second state exam, ideally with a focus on data protection, IT or administrative law, or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have practical experience in data protection law. You are characterized by a high degree of reliability, integrity and sense of responsibility. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented. You have a good understanding of IT processes as well as digital applications and media (such as websites, apps or social media). You have the pleasure of working on complex legal issues and developing practical solutions. You convince by analytical thinking and careful working. You communicate safely and addressably and have a safe occurrence. Discretion, service orientation and team skills complete your profile.
