In your role as a production employee (m/w/d), you are significantly involved in the production and refinement of high-quality paper products. This exciting job is done as part of the staff exchange, so we can support you directly in your career. With a dynamic 5-shift system, including Saturday work and twice monthly Sunday work, you are part of a dedicated team that highlights quality and precision.

• Operation and control of machines for the production and finishing of paper products
• Monitoring the production process to ensure efficiency and product quality
• Regular maintenance and cleaning of production plants
• Compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Cooperation with colleagues to ensure smooth shift transfer
• Ensuring high production performance even under changing shift conditions

• Physical durability and stamina in a varied working day
