You take on the overall technical and technical responsibility for complex CRM projects based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in the Sales & Marketing modules As a leading architect and central contact for our customers, you control the requirement analysis, design, implementation and integration of the CRM solution You develop future-oriented architecture concepts including modern web technologies and focus on integration with external systems via SSIS, KingswaySoft and Azure technologies such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions or Service Bus You carry out customer workshops, set up decision bases and accompany teams in technical implementation and quality assurance You rely on agile project methods and actively shape their implementation and implementation within interdisciplinary teams. You work independently, think entrepreneurially and take responsibility for your project success – both technically and communicatively

Successfully completed studies in the field of business management, business informatics or the like At least 3 years of professional experience as a solution architect or lead consultant in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, preferably with focus on Sales & Marketing Deep knowledge of building complex CRM landscapes as well as the integration of third-party systems, in particular ERP systems, via SSIS, KingswaySoft and/or Azure Cloud Services You have experience with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, REST APIs) and understand how to design and implement modern user experiences.
