Continuous Improvement (ISO 27001, CMMC, BSI Basic Protection) of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) Participation in rollouts of ISMS throughout Hensoldt Group Creation / further development of guidelines and work instructions Plan and implement measures to further increase awareness of the risks involved in IT Monitoring and tracking of risk mitigation measures Implementation and follow-up of measures to ensure the effectiveness of ISMS (internal and external security assessments) Advising and supporting HENSOLDT units in implementing effective IT/operational technology and cyber risk mitigation measures Participation in business-wide business continuity management and disaster recovery

Complete university studies in the field of information security, cyber security, computer science or related fields Multiannual professional experience in IT security or information security Knowledge of the current legal requirements and standards of cybersecurity Proven experience in implementing IT security measures Training / Certification in Information Security Management First experience in audit/certification processes Risk Management Experience Knowledge of IT components, infrastructures, networks, typical server and client applications Flowing German and English skills Impressive ability to consult Willingness to carry out business trips Experience in handling authorities High customer and service orientation Safe appearance with high didactic proportions Ensuring Business Enabling and Business Keeping Ensuring basic physical security to preserve and expand information protection Contact strength and team capacity
