Your job

As an employee shipping, export & inch (m/w/d) you ask that our machines, plants and spare parts arrive at our customers worldwide safely, on time and in compliance with all legal requirements. You are a central contact person (m/w/d) for national and international shipping processes as well as for customs and foreign affairs.

Control and coordination of international ex- and import processes taking into account all relevant customs, country and customer requirements Cooperation with forwarders, suppliers, authorities and internal departments to ensure efficient and smooth supply chains Commercial handling of road, air, sea, courier and parcel shipments Acquisition and evaluation of freight offers as well as checking freight bills as well as creating customer bills related to shipments Responsibility for the correct tariffing of goods, compliance with customs requirements and ensuring the legally compliant import and export processing Creation of export declarations and documents relevant to customs and dispatch Implementation of export control checks taking into account embargo and sanctions Support for internal and external audits and regulatory audits in the field of customs and foreign affairs Cooperation in the optimization and digitization of shipping, customs and logistics processes

Successfully completed commercial training as well as several years of professional experience in the field of shipping, logistics, customs and/or export Experience gained in international shipping and export processing Good knowledge of customs and foreign trade law Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems, ideally PSI Penta Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Communication strength, team capacity and strong service orientation Structured, independent and reliable working and pleasure in questioning and developing processes
