With your expertise, you will take over the strategic and economic development of the Landesverein and the responsibility for cross-border future topics together with your three board colleagues. You are responsible for the strategic and operational management of psychiatric hospitals with the Psychiatric Institute Hospitals and the Medical Care Centres and are developing the supply services forward-looking. With your business expertise, you control the areas of finance and controlling of the Landesverein and its subsidiaries and ensure transparent financial and control processes as well as sustainable economic investments and their financing. As an impulse provider, you drive the digitalization of the Landesverein and develop digital structures and processes for optimising organizational processes and improving the quality of supply. Through your value-assurance and binding leadership style, you promote cross-cutting cooperation, provide orientation and create a trusted, forward-looking organizational culture.

You have a completed degree in business management or a comparable academic qualification with a well-founded economic focus. Your multiannual professional and leadership experience in hospitals, especially in psychiatry, enables you to manage and strategically develop complex supply structures. In addition, you will bring multi-year leadership experience in the financial sector as well as sound knowledge in economic management, controlling and financing planning. SAP knowledge is desirable. Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic vision and a pronounced understanding of the healthcare industry are yours. You combine economic requirements with the need-oriented further development of psychiatric care. As an empathic and sovereign leader, you are convinced by the strength of decision, the skill of communication and an appreciation of leadership and the joy of shaping change processes. You are ready to take over further areas of responsibility in perspective.
