Support in the development and implementation of our HR social media strategy Creating and planning creative, target-group-oriented content for our social media channels Participation in the design and care of our employer branding on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram & Co. Support in the organization and coordination of social media recruiting via meta-ads Working with the analysis and evaluation of social media activities to increase the range and attractiveness Support in the further development of our onboarding process through creative content ideas for social media Participation in exciting HR projects and campaigns

(m/w/d) in the field of communication sciences, media, marketing, human resources management or a comparable degree programme Enthusiasm for social media and creative content creation First experiences in the field of social media, marketing or HR are advantageous Organised, independent working and team spirit Joy in dealing with people and good communication skills Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with social media tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut)
