WILLCOME in Flight Operations Management! As Teamlead Flight & Operations Management (m/w/d), you are responsible for flight management and the team. Together with your team, you will ensure a smooth flight booking for our customers: work closely with the sales team and coordinate cooperation with our airline partners. In addition, you control the management of our flight quotas, optimize processes and ensure a high quality of flight data. You want to take responsibility and actually be indispensable? Team management & resource management: leadership and control of the Flight Operations Team. Flight offer creation & Purchasing: Ensuring a fast and high quality provision of attractive flight offers including GRP purchases and timely processing. Interface Management: High-quality FOM support for sales, CSM and DSM teams to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Efficient control: Control of cost-efficient flight management with focus on automation, early ticketing and error reduction. Quality Management: Ensuring a low level of error and timely processing of all flight tasks as well as the optimization and automation of internal and external systems and processes. Team control and personnel development: Proactive control, capacity planning and further development of the team by introducing and ensuring transparent goals, regulations and standardized procedures.

The above-mentioned tasks will fulfill you with “Yes! Yes! Yes!” You are an expert:in IATA and AMADEUS (ideally also another CRS, for example SABRE) and brings relevant professional experience in the flight & IATA field. You have completed a successful training degree as a tourism businessman or a study in the relevant field. You work independently, meet decisions and keep track of several parallel topics. You coordinate tasks and processes and ensure that the team works efficiently. You communicate clearly, value-estimatingly and at eye level and create open cooperation within the team. You address challenges in a solution-oriented manner and keep quiet and overview in work-intensive phases.
