Location: Stuttgart

Your tasks include the processing of material damages from a damage amount of EUR 2,500, from the damage message to the closing of the electronic damages. After the damages caused by our customer center, you are responsible for the insurance protection or Scope of coverage as well as the damage regulation within the scope of existing authorisations and the qualified settlement or rejection of claims. The cooperation and commissioning of service providers and external damage regulators (m/w/d) is part of your tasks and the management of written and telephone negotiations with customers, sales partners and third parties involved.

(m/w/d) or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Jurist (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in damage processing is desirable and well-founded knowledge in insurance contract law / compensation law Embossed communication behavior, negotiation skills, team skills and social competence complete your profile.
