Material Scheduling Clerk (m/f/d)

You dispose mechanical engineering parts and raw material for series production as well as commercial goods, internal consumables and promotional items in accordance with deadlines and volumes at national and international suppliers. You clarify demand requirements taking into account stock or order stocks and delivery horizons. You collect delivery situations, eliminate delivery bottlenecks, clarify quality, quantities and date deviations and may apply. You're processing complaints. You check supplier invoices. You are responsible for administrative tasks such as maintaining the master data and identifying key figures. You work closely with the production, strategic purchasing and warehouse departments.

(m/w/d) or comparable qualification First relevant professional experience in the field of material disposition or procurement in metal processing companies Basic business understanding in particular with regard to supply chains and interest in technical components Routinized handling of a PPS system and MS Office 365 products Good communication, organization and negotiation skills in German and English Teamability, cost-consciousness, independent and structured working methods as well as lived hands-on mentality
