You want to use machines independently, control the production of fruit gums and confectionery and actively contribute to quality assurance? As a production employee/machine leader (m/w/d), you are responsible for the installation and monitoring of cooking facilities and ensure that all products are manufactured according to recipe and highest quality standards.

• operating, setting up and monitoring the cooking facilities.
• Preparation of confectionery, sauces and fruit gums according to recipe.
• Control of cooking process and ensuring consistent quality.
• Conduct production protocols and documentation of processes.
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
• Support for process optimization and improvements in the production process.

We are looking for

For this responsible activity, you bring technical understanding, experience in the handling of production machines and a careful procedure:

• Training as machine and plant leader, specialist for food technology or confectionery technology.
• Alternative multi-year experience in food production.
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system.
• Responsibility, care and team spirit.
• Loading against warmer temperatures and dust by flour/mesh flour.
