As Tax Manager (m/w/d), you take a central role in the Hochland Group and are the first contact person (m/w/d) for the German subsidiaries, the management and external tax consulting companies in all tax issues. Together with internal and external partners, you advise the management of national projects to focus on income tax, turnover tax and wage tax, as well as acquisitions through restructurings to investment - and accompany tax audits. You develop and implement concepts for a legally compliant, timely documentation and thus contribute significantly to tax transparency in the Group. With your view for efficiency and quality, you opt for tax processes, promote the use of digital tools and actively shape our tax management and tax compliance system. In addition, you check and design contracts from a tax perspective, continuously evaluate tax changes and are responsible for the timely creation of tax returns and tax balances of German companies.

You have a degree in economics or law with a focus on taxes, controlling or accounting, as well as professional experience in the national tax environment or in a corporate tax department. You have well-founded knowledge with a focus on sales tax, income tax to safely advise authorities, tax consultancy and adjacent departments. Your entrepreneurial thinking, your decision-making strength and your project management skills are just as good as your high sense of responsibility.
