Procurement Expert Digitalization (m/f/d)

Individually responsible development and continuous improvement of information management incl. Procurement‐AI strategy, data structures, data quality and IT systems Current trend observation in the area of digitalisation and procurement to identify new opportunities Development and implementation of a cross-company digitalization strategy for procurement, coordinated with the corporate objectives Analysis and optimization of existing procurement processes and identification of automation and optimization potentials through digital technologies Evaluation, selection and implementation of suitable digital tools and platforms (e.g. eProcurement, AI solutions) in cooperation with IT and internal customers, including project management, training and change management Close, value-adding cooperation with departments, IT and relevant stakeholders as well as the independent management of project teams

Completed studies Multiannual professional experience in the field of procurement, ideally focusing on digitalization Knowledge of procurement processes and systems, as well as experience in implementing digital solutions (e.g. eProcurement, RPA, AI) Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, as well as project management experience (e.g. Agile, Scrum) Embossed conceptual, creative and analytical skills, high sense of result and design, sovereign appearance, strong team spirit, excellent communication strength and flexibility in dealing with different interlocutors and hierarchical levels Strong consulting and implementation skills, enforcement and diplomatic skills as well as fluent German and English knowledge in word and writing
