• You support the inside sales team and coordinate the processes in the back office.
• In the day-to-day business with basic questions, questions and organizational topics, you support our customers.
• If you create or calculate offers and framework contracts and price data, consider customer requirements and cost-effectiveness equally.
• In close coordination, you will process returns and complaints.
• You are responsible for the creation and active pursuit of offers and the handling of orders.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete training in IT system management, commercial area or comparable
• First knowledge in the sales service and/or in the IT industry are advantageous
• We require good German skills and routine in dealing with MS Office.
• Personally, we especially like your communication and consulting skills, because you are enthusiastic about it and win customers day by day.
