In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. In your new role, you take care of our after sales products/services and develop standards of service and product portfolios. You conduct regular consultations on the development process with internal stakeholders such as development, production and sales. Your area of responsibility also includes the continuous monitoring, collection and analysis of customer requirements as well as information on the market and competition.With your industry know-how and evaluate product trends and take responsibility for the preparation of decision criteria for prioritizing product development. You have a professional training, for example as an industrial businessman (m/w/d), supplemented by a further training to the technician or specialist. Alternatively, you have successfully completed a technical study.Ideally, you are already bringing professional experience into a technically shaped business environment and have received first insights into machine and plant engineering, especially in product or project management.
