Professional and disciplinary responsibility for employees in your object Responsibility for the provision of the contractually agreed services for the contracted object Central contact for the customer in all questions of technical building management Control of the object team and planning of personnel use as well as ensuring the internal performance calculation of the associated employees Object responsibility for complex technical installations

Technical training as e.g. electronics, energy plant electronics, electrical installer, plant mechanics heating air conditioning sanitation, with several years of professional experience. Continuing training as technician, master, bachelor, engineer - optimally in facility management and/or in technical building equipment, supply technology, heating-climate ventilation technology or electrical engineering driving licence class B Optimum would be good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Planon Good quality and cost awareness and high service orientation
