In order to achieve our goals together, we are looking for you as a specialist accounting & customer support (m/w/d) for our team at QsolNet GmbH in Leipzig. Your duties

Central interface between commercial administration and technical management to coordinate all accounting processes Creation and independent implementation of monthly and annual customer accounts, in particular for products based on direct investment Maintenance of central master data in the accounting system Collection, testing and processing of technical operating data for the derivation of correct revenue and settlement values Creation of reports, accounting and documentation as well as maintenance of all relevant data Examination of invoices and cost allocations to the operator Communication with investors, tax advisors, business leaders and internal teams Support in financial statements, reporting and further development of accounting processes Designing efficient digital workflows and optimizing existing processes

Successfully completed commercial training or business studies Experience in billing processes, ideally in the field of renewable energy or consumption bills Technical basic understanding in the field of photovoltaics or technical operation of advantage Experience in handling ERP systems, preferably MS Business Central or Aurelo Energy Park Manager or comparable applications in the energy industry Sovereign handling of MS Office and large amounts of data (especially in MS Excel) High number and IT affinity, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation, communication strength Team orientation, initiative and sense of responsibility
