The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. You are the architect: design, plan and design tailor-made training concepts – be it personal on site or remote, with formats that inspire: from thrilling video tutorials to interactive live demos to practical hands-on-Labs and BIC process talkthroughs. You are the coordinator: Manage the training calendar with ease, optimize trainer capacities, spaces and tools. You are the hub between module consultants, process owners and change managers. You are the quality manager: Define standards, create groundbreaking templates and make sure that our training and system documentation (technical & technical) is always at the highest level. You are the learning success booster: Develop grounded learning controls, from test cases and use cases to self-assessments. You carry out practical training checks, analyze the results and guide measures that guarantee the success of learning. The pursuit of training participations and qualification measures is of course for you. You are the Change Age: Identify, communicate and accompany change impacts in close cooperation with local IT. You sensitize stakeholders and ensure that process and behavior changes are seamlessly integrated into everyday work. You are the optimiser: we actively participate in the evaluation and continuous improvement of our training activities and make them even better!

You are a communication talent, fluent in German and English, Spanish is a thick plus! You have experience in change and adoption management and know how to take people along this path. In doing so, you bring a high level of intercultural sensitivity and revert with different mentalities. Your didactic abilities are outstanding: content you convey target-group-oriented and spontaneously pursue corresponding knowledge level. You are a professional in the creation and execution of trainings – from the first storyboard to the thrilling live session and you are confident in various training formats (video, presentation, system demo, interactive tools). You are team-ready and patient – also in dealing with frustration, resistance and uncertainties of participants. You think in end-to-end processes and can easily classify technical processes into the business process.
