In the field of ADAS, we develop next-generation customer-release assistance functions for the entire Mercedes-Benz fleet. As functional experts, we define the 'Look and Feel'' on the one hand and design the functional architecture of ADAS functions such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Collision Mitigation and Autonomous Driving on this basis. For this purpose, we are looking for student help with the pleasure of analytical questions that our ADAS system architecture team supports in the creation/modeling, documentation and care of our work products. These challenges include: Analysis of the customer-readable ADAS functions together with the system architects and functional experts After intensive instruction in the tool chain: modeling of functional chains in the IBM-Rhapsody tool according to system architecture Automate work steps with AI support Programming of automation, helpers/scripts in Java and Python Create and customise automated model checks to ensure modeling guidelines Maintenance and maintenance of models and model libraries Create overviews, tables and charts for reporting Collecting and documenting the collected information and creating HowTos / Tutorials

Course in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Similar Degrees Basic knowledge of programming with Java & Python Desirable: First Experiences IBM-Rational Rhapsody and Basic Knowledge in UML/SysML Safe handling of MS Office Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
