Coordination of international companies Coordination of service contracts, intercompany services and cash flow issues within the group
Auditing, evaluation and control of the annual accounts & tax balances Plausibilisation, professional control and quality assurance also in the international environment
Creation and consolidation of BWA and cost center reports Development of reporting logics, a consistent database with the aim of group-wide comparability
Tax compliance Examination and compliance with tax topics/peace, preparation of documents, monitoring of questions (internal/external)
Creation of profitability assessments Profitability and cost-effectiveness analyses in different contexts (companies, projects, measures)
Interface between Finance & Accounting Close cooperation with the commercial director and internal/external partners (e.g. tax consultancy/WP), coordination and clean documentation
Account Manager (m/w/d) At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting, close-to-graduate activities, annual accounts and tax topics (declaration/additional work/examination) Final and balance sheet security (HGB): You can check, plausify and judge professionally (at least on review level) You recognize typical vulnerabilities (delimitations, provisions, receivables/commitments, Intercompany, USt logic)
Tax Competence & Compliance Denke: You work in a structured manner along deadlines, proofs, documentation and can easily classify tax issues You have already taken responsibility for audits (e.g., preparing questions, providing documents, explaining facts)
Reporting/Controlling: You are safe in BWA logic, cost center/report structures and consistent data processing Excel/Reporting routine is standard for you
Interface strong & team-oriented: You like to work closely with the commercial director, coordinate topics across departments
Further development in the international environment: You are keen to work into international issues (e.g. cross-border services, USt questions, group-related processes)
Plus points (no need): experience with intercompany voting, consolidation logic, international structure, cooperation with audit/tax consultancy Very good documentation routine and process understanding in digital workflows
