Working Student HR Management & Employment Law (m/f/d)

These are your tasks Support in daily business on personal and labour law issues taking into account the applicable labour law and internal regulations Trustful cooperation in our HR team as well as internal interfaces (e.g. executives, legal department) Support in the implementation of labour law measures such as terminations and terminations Creation of contracts and contract changes and creation of documents relevant to employment law Support of the offboarding process including administrative activities Quality assurance of labour law documents and processes Research on special labour law issues Creation and analysis of evaluations and statistics

You study law or economics with a focus on personnel or something comparable - and want to finally get out of theory, pure into practice First relevant experience through comparable internships or training Motivation to gain practical experience in company labour law.
