As the first manufacturer of wind power plants, the company set up a gearless drive concept which is a feature of all ENERCON wind power plants. ENERCON is also leading in other areas, such as rotor blade design, control technology and grid connection technology, and again proves its inno­vation power with a number of new technological developments. For this position we offer an annual salary of €63,000 to €68,000 (brutto, full-time), depending on experience and qualification.

Processing of customer requests (e.g. complaints, contractual/financial obligations and escalating customer requests) Key Account Management Compilation of contract offerings and the handling and conclusion of service contracts in the new and existing business (if necessary jointly with the corresponding internal stakeholders) Maximum turnover by cross-selling of additional service products (training, new products etc.) or services (e.g. optimisation of wind farms and wind energy installations) Responsibility for customer communication with regard to overarching themes following the acceptance of the wind turbines, including the integration of the necessary in- and external specialist lists (e.g. under-size availability, retrofitting) Monitoring of pending service payments Support and deescalation of hotspot themes and large component exchange

Successfully completed technical or business studies, e.g. industrial engineering, business management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, or technical training in a similar field Professional experience in the field of wind energy Good German and English in Word and Scripture Routinized handling of MS Office products Communication and enforcement Customer-oriented work and team spirit
