Tasks

• Machine guidance and setup: They take over the professional insertion and feeding of tailored plates and align the machine precisely for the respective production data.
• Material management: They select the appropriate edge materials, use them and ensure that material flow and glue application (including temperature monitoring) harmonize optimally.
• Quality assurance: They carry out continuous measurement and visual inspections. In this case, you monitor the edge quality in a meticulous manner and carry out manual reworking on the workpieces if necessary.
• Process management: They fix small disturbances autonomously, refill material and ensure the ordered removal as well as the correct marking of the finished parts.
• Plant care: Through your careful operation, you contribute to the longevity of the machine and to the efficiency of the entire production process.

Profile

• Qualified training: They have completed training as a carpenter (m/w/d), wood mechanics (m/w/d) or a comparable craft qualification in woodworking.
• Professional experience: They bring well-founded practical knowledge in the operation of woodworking machines. Ideally, you are familiar with edge gluing machines or similar systems. Flexibility: The willingness to work in the 3-shift system is of course for you to ensure efficient utilization of our modern production.
• Mobility: A valid class B licence is required to be able to reach our location flexibly.
• Personal strengths: A careful way of working, technical understanding and a high degree of reliability are yours. They like to work in the team and keep the quality in mind even at a high pace of work.
