The MLL MVZ is a national and international leader in the diagnosis, therapy and research of leukemias and lymphomas. The MLL Münchner Leukemia Laboratory is one of the world's largest specialist laboratories for leukemia diagnostics. Integrated, method-wide and innovative technologies-supported high-performance diagnostics enables precise, fast and individualized therapy recommendations. Around 400 employees work around 145,000 samples annually; over 5,000 patients are clinically supervised. Specialized units such as MLL Dx with MLLSEQ and MLLi strengthen international cooperation, genome sequencing and data-based research. To strengthen our dedicated and continuously growing team, we are looking for you as:

(15 -20 h/week)

You take over telephone services and are a friendly, competent contact person for our callers You serve the reception and represent our company inward and outward. You receive and host our guests professionally and attentively You take over the careful processing and distribution of the incoming and outgoing mail You support our Secretariat in various administrative tasks Your use takes place at workdays (Mo–Fr) between 7:00 and 17:00 – the exact times are flexible and in common agreement with you

You are immatriculated and ideally have first professional experience, e.g. as a student or help (m/w/d) in the office You are reliable, motivated and responsible You like to work in a team and in a modern, dynamic environment Very good knowledge of German in word and writing are essential for fulfilling this task (+ if necessary English knowledge) Their responsible activity is carried out in close cooperation with the in-house departments. The MLL MVZ is a national and international leader in the diagnosis, therapy and research of leukemias and lymphomas. The MLL Münchner Leukemia Laboratory is one of the world's largest specialist laboratories for leukemia diagnostics. In the MLL MVZ, medical care, highly specialized laboratory diagnostics and scientific expertise are structurally linked. The integrated application of intervening methods – cytomorphology, chromosome analysis, FISH, immunophenotyping, molecular genetic methods as well as classical hematology and pathology is characteristic. This methodological toothing makes it possible to create a comprehensive diagnostic overall image of the diseases within short turnaround times and to derive an individually tailored therapy recommendation for the patients based on this. Modern analytics and infrastructure including AI solutions, standardized quality assurance and innovative process structures ensure highest diagnostic precision. Around 400 employees work around 145,000 samples annually – a total of over 1.4 million since the founding in 2005. More than 880 peer-reviewed publications document scientific performance. Clinical patient care includes over 5,000 patients each year diagnostically, therapeutically and as part of secondary opinion. For international partners, clinical studies and genomic sequencing projects, specialized connected units are available: MLLDx with MLLSEQ supports complex sequencing and study projects, while MLLi drives digital processing and structured analysis of diagnostic data for research and medicine.
