Management and organization of construction sites in works of technical building equipment incl. Coordination with all components Control and securing of assembly implementationConstruction meetings with the client and after-contractors Management of assembly staff, subcontractors and other companies with regard to content, quality and timely tasks Processing of the entire construction site traffic Assessment and verification in coordination with the order line Implementation, compliance and control of all statutory provisions relating to occupational safety, quality and environmental aspects

trained plant mechanic, central heating and ventilation engineer or comparable training in the TGA or plant engineering A further development to the master or technician and/or multiannual experience in the technical assembly process is advantageous Knowledge gained in the audit, capacity planning and evaluation of the building performance levels Good knowledge of occupational safety is required As a communicative type, you maintain a good handling of people, are conflictable and enduring Their mode of operation is very conscientious and reliable Basic knowledge of the MS Office package and a valid class B licence are available
